Study on construction cost management of geological exploration project

如今,对于地质勘查单位来讲,其主要任务就是对地质勘查项目的施工成本进行管理和控制,唯有从根本上提升对成本管理的力度,才能够促使地质勘查单位实现利益最大化。本文首先对地质勘查项目工程成本管理过程中所存在的问题进行了分析,对如何提升成本管理质量进行了研究,旨在提升人员的综合素养、提高项目的管理水平,对相关的成本管控体系积极性完善等,从根本上提升我国对地质勘查项目的成本管控质量和水平。

Nowadays,for geological exploration units,the main task is to manage and control the construction cost of geological exploration projects.Only by fundamentally improving the cost management,can geological exploration units maximize their interests.First of all,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the cost management process of geological exploration projects,and studies how to improve the quality of cost management,aiming to improve the comprehensive quality of personnel,improve the management level of the project,and improve the enthusiasm of the relevant cost control system,so as to fundamentally improve the quality and level of cost control of geological exploration projects in China.
