热镀锌工艺及镀层钝化的工艺方法发展迅猛,但还存在着一些不足和局限,需要继续改进和研究。因此本文主要从热镀锌工艺锌镀层钝化的重要性、热镀锌工艺和锌镀层钝化所面临的问题、热镀锌工艺锌镀层钝化问题解决的具体措施等方面进行了初步研究。

The technology of hot-dip galvanizing and passivation of coating has developed rapidly,but there are still some shortcomings and limitations,which need to be further improved and studied.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the importance of passivation of zinc coating in hot-dip galvanizing process,the problems in hot-dip galvanizing process and passivation of zinc coating,and the specific measures to solve the problems in hot-dip galvanizing process.
