耳穴治疗偏头痛的文献计量学分析

目的 探讨目前耳穴治疗偏头痛的文献规律,了解国内研究现状,为临床和科研工作者提供思路和依据.方法 运用文献计量学分析的方法,检索出所有相关文献,进行定量分析.结果 共检索出有效文献85篇,发表在56种期刊上,其中核心期刊共刊出12篇,有国家、省级科技项目支持14项;临床研究类文献81篇,综述类文献4篇;常用治疗方法为综合治疗、耳穴贴压、针刺耳穴等.结论 目前,耳穴治疗偏头痛的文献数量较少,研究水平有待提高.针对耳穴治疗偏头痛方法缺乏统一的认识和客观的指标,偏头痛诊断标准缺乏规范统一,耳穴治疗偏头痛的方法需要进一步探讨、优化.

Objective To explore the current literature rules of auricular acupoint therapy for migraine and understand the status of domestic research,in order to provide ideas and basis for clinical and scientific researchers.Methods Using the method of biblionietrics analysis,all the relevant literatures were retrieved and analyzed quantitatively.Results 85 valid literatures were retrieved and published in 56 joumals,including 12 core journals and 14 supported by national and provincial science and technology projects.There were 81 clinical research literatures and 4 review 1让eratures.The commonly used methods of treatment were comprehensive treatment,auricular acupoint pressure,acupuncture auricular point,etc.Conclusion At present,there are few literatures on auricular point therapy for migraine,and the research level needs to be improved.There is a lack of unified understanding and objective indicators for the treatment of migraine with auricular points.The criteria for the diagnosis of migraine are lack of standard and unified.The method of auricular acupoint treatment for migraine needs fiirther discussion and optimization.
