经皮穴位电刺激对人工流产患者疼痛和焦虑的影响

目的 评价经皮穴位电刺激对人工流产患者围手术期疼痛、焦虑、术中人流综合征发生情况的影响.方法 将240例人工流产患者随机分为两组.观察组术前接受利多卡因经皮穴位电刺激加宫颈旁神经阻滞.对照组仅接受2%的利多卡因宫颈旁神经阻滞麻醉.比较两组患者术中人流综合征的发生率,采用疼痛和焦虑量表评分,分别比较术前、术后疼痛和焦虑评分.结果 对照组术后疼痛、焦虑评分及人流综合征发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05).观察组术后焦虑评分明显低于术前(P<0.05).结论 术前经皮穴位电刺激可减轻人工流产患者的疼痛和焦虑,降低人流综合征的发生率.

Objective To evaluate the effects of percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation on perioperative pain,anxiety,and intraoperative abortion syndrome in patients with induced abortion.Methods 240 patients with induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received lidocaine percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation and paracervical nerve block before surgery.The control group received only lidocaine 2%for paraventricular nerve block anesthesia.The incidence of intraoperative abortion syndrome was compared between the two groups.Pain and anxiety scales were used to compare preoperative and postoperative pain and anxiety scores.Results The postoperative pain,anxiety score and incidence of abortion syndrome in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group(P<0.05).The postoperative anxiety score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the preoperative group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative percutaneous acupoint electrical stimulation can alleviate the pain and anxiety of patients with surgical abortion and reduce the incidence of abortion syndrome.
