基于单次屏气GRASE序列的3D MRCP应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的 评价1.5T MR基于单次屏气GRASE序列的3D MRCP成像质量及实际应用价值.方法 用单次屏气GRASE序列和呼吸触发TSE序列同时对42例临床考虑胆道系统疾病的患者进行3D MRCP检查,由两名高年资影像技术主管技师以TSE序列为参照对同一患者GRASE序列的图像质量进行评分.结果 剔除运动模糊因素后二者在对胆总管、左右肝管和胰管的显示上评分一致,而在背景的抑制上TSE序列多数优于GRASE序列.结论 基于单次屏气GRASE序列的3D MRCP图像质量与呼吸触发的TSE序列图像质量相似,而其18s的扫描时间仅为呼吸触发的TSE序列的7%,具有较大的临床应用价值. Objective To evaluate the imaging quality and practical application value of 1.5T MR based on single breath hold GRASE sequence.Methods 42 patients with biliary tract diseases were examined with single breath hold GRASE sequence and breath trigger TSE sequence simultaneously.The image quality of GRASE sequence of the same patient was evaluated by two senior imaging technicians w让h TSE sequence as the reference.Results After eliminating the motion blurring factors,the scores of TSE sequence were similar to GRASE sequence in the display of common bile duct,left and right hepatic duct and pancreatic duct,while TSE sequence was superior to GRASE sequence in the suppression of background.Conclusion The image quality of 3D MRCP based on single breath hold GRASE sequence is comparable to that of breath triggered TSE sequence,and the scan time of 18 seconds is only 7%of that of breath triggered TSE sequence,which has great clinical value.
