“双一流”建设下区域高等教育发展现状及对策研究——以京津冀地区为例

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Regional Higher Education Development under the Double First-rate Construction——Case Study on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region

党的十九大报告提出“双一流”建设,这是新时期对高等教育提出的新要求。本文通过理论分析法来探究京津冀地区高等教育发展的现状以及该如何解决这一系列社会问题。最终得出结论,由于高等教育这类公共物品的特殊性引发了这些问题。因此给出以下几点解决建议:首先,对高校分类管理,充分尊重各类高校的特点和特色;其次,合理分配教育资源,促进教育公平;最后高校选择有效的竞争机制。

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward the construction of"double first class",which is a new requirement for higher education in the new era.This paper explores the current situation of higher education development in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region and how to solve these social problems through theoretical analysis.Finally,it comes to the conclusion that these problems are caused by the particularity of public goods such as higher education.Therefore,the following suggestions are put forward:first of all,the classified management of colleges and universities should fully respect the characteristics and characteristics of all kinds of colleges and universities;second,the rational distribution of educational resources to promote education fairness;finally,colleges and universities should choose effective competition mechanism.
