摘要
传统阅读研究中较少涉及职场文档,为了探究技术写作规范后的理据,梳理了中英阅读研究文献,从技术传播视角解释了阅读认知原理和技术写作之间的关系,分类归纳了信息“易获取”和“易理解”原则下技术写作常用规范以及规范后的用户认知原因。研究表明,技术写作规范大多可以从阅读认知因素中得到解释,技术写作人员对二者关系的了解有助于提高技术文档的质量。
Workplace documents received little attention from traditional reading research.In order to present arguments for technical writing conventions,this paper reviews the literatures in reading research in Chinese and English,probes the relationship between reading cognitive factors and technical writing from technical communication perspective.Attempts were taken to categorize technical writing conventions with relevant cognitive interpretations under norms of accessibility and comprehensibility.The study claims that most of technical writing conventions are justifiable in sense of humanistic factors,and the understanding of which would help technical writers enhance the quality of technical documents.
