泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗高血压的疗效研究及有效性评价

Effect and Efficacy Evaluation of Zexie Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in Treatment of Hypertension

[目的]探讨高血压采用泽泻汤联合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的疗效研究及有效性。[方法]选本院收诊的102例高血压患者,完全随机法分为观察组51例(半夏白术天麻汤+泽泻汤+基础西药治疗)与对照组51例(基础西药治疗),比较2组高血压患者的治疗有效率。[结果]治疗结束,观察组治疗有效率(96.08%)高于对照组(82.35%)且差别有显著意义(P<0.05)。[结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻汤疗法可有效提高高血压患者的临床疗效,稳定其血压水平,值得推广使用。

[Objective]To investigate the effect and effectiveness of the treatment of hypertension with Zexie Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction. [Methods]A total of 102 hypertensive patients admitted to our hospital were selected. The complete randomized method was divided into observation group(51 cases treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction + Zexie decoction + Basic Western medicine) and control group(51 patients treated with basic western medicine treatment). The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. [Results]At the end of treatment,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.08%) was higher than that in the control group(82.35%) and the difference was significant(P<0.05). [Conclusion]Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Zexie decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients with hypertension and stabilize their blood pressure levels,which is worthy of popularization.
