止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿感冒后咳嗽(风邪犯肺)疗效观察

Curative Effect of Zhisou Powder combined with Western Medicine Treating Children’s Cough after Cold

[目的]观察止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿感冒后咳嗽(风邪犯肺)疗效。[方法]将88例门诊患儿就诊顺序号方法随机分为两组。对照组44例琥乙红霉素15 mg/kg,2次/d,氯苯那敏0. 3 mg/kg,分4次口服,布地奈德250μg/d,共3d。治疗组44例止嗽散,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7 d为1疗程。观测临床表现、咳嗽消失时间、中医证候积分、不良反应。治疗1疗程(7d),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈29例,显效9例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.73%;对照组痊愈20例,显效8例,有效8例,无效8例,总有效率81.82%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。咳嗽消失时间治疗组短于对照组(P<0.01)。中医证候积分两组均有改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]止嗽散联合西药治疗小儿感冒后咳嗽(风邪犯肺),疗效满意,无严重不良反应,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Zhisou powder combined with western medicine on children’s cough after cold. [Method] Eighty-eight outpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Forty-four patients in the control group were given chlorphenamine 0. 3 mg/kg orally for 4 times and budesonide 250μg/d for 3 days. In the treatment group,44 cases were given Zhisou powder,3 times a day and the western medicine treatment was the same as that of the control group. Continuous treatment for 7 days was a course of treatment. We observed the clinical manifestations,cough disappearance time,TCM syndrome score and adverse reactions. After one course of treatment( 7 days),the curative effect was determined. [Result] In the treatment group,29 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 97. 73%. In the control group,20 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 81. 82%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The disappearance time of cough in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). The scores of TCM syndromes were improved in both groups( P < 0. 01),and the improvement in the treatment group was better than that in the control group( P < 0. 01). [Conclusion]Zhisou powder combined with western medicine has satisfactory curative effect on treating children’s cough after cold(wind evil invading lung). It has no serious adverse reactions and is worthy of popularizing.
