小青龙汤加减联合穴位敷贴治疗支气管哮喘的疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction combined with Acupoint Application on Bronchial Asthma

[目的]观察小青龙汤加减联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘疗效。[方法]将60例患者按摸球法随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组沙美特罗替卡松粉吸入剂、孟鲁司特钠。治疗组在此基础上加用小青龙汤加减联合穴位敷贴。治疗1个月。观测临床疗效、第一秒呼气容量(FEV1)、第一秒用力肺活量占用力肺活量的百分比(FEV1%)、呼气高峰流量(PEFR)。[结果]治疗组显效24例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率93.33%;对照组显效17例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率73.33%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组肺功能改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。不良反应率治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小青龙汤加减联合穴位敷贴对支气管哮喘,疗效满意,值得推广。

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint application on bronchial asthma. [Method] Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group received salmeterol and roticasone powder inhalation and montelukast sodium. On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint application. The treatment lasted for one month. The clinical efficacy,first second expiratory volume( FEV1),the percentage of forced vital capacity occupied by first second forced vital capacity(FEV1%) and peak expiratory flow(PEFR) were observed. [Result]In the treatment group,24 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffectiveand the total effective rate was93. 33%. In the control group,17 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 8 cases were ineffective and the total effective rate was 73. 33%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The improvement of pulmonary in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05). The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with acupoint application has satisfactory curative effect on bronchial asthma,and it is worthy of popularizing.
