金黄散外敷治疗老年足跟部1、2期压疮的疗效及对生活质量的影响

Clinical Effect of Jinhuang Powder External Application in Treatment of Pressure Ulcers of Heel in Elderly Patients at Stage 1 and 2 and Its Effect on Quality of Life of Patients

[目的]研究探讨金黄散外敷治疗老年患者足跟部1、2期压疮的临床疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。[方法]选择2017年6月-2019年4月在本院治疗的足跟部1、2期压疮老年患者50例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各25例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上增加金黄散外敷治疗。对两组患者临床疗效、不良反应、中医症候积分、生活质量评分等进行统计对比。[结果]治疗组总有效率为96.00%(24/25),高于对照组患者为76.00%(19/25),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗组中医症候均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者的生活质量评分均高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16. 00%(4/25),对照组为12.00%(3/25),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]金黄散外敷治疗方法具有破血行气、止痛、活血祛瘀、泻火解毒、消肿排脓、去腐生肌的功能作用,为此针对治疗老年患者足跟部1、2期压疮病症具有十分显著的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的中医症候和病情症状,减少不良反应的发生,使其足跟部1、2期压疮临床病症的治疗更加安全、有效,控制病情发展,提高患者的生活质量,帮助患者养成正确的生活习惯,为此金黄散外敷治疗值得在老年患者足跟部1、2期压疮的临床治疗中推广应用,让更多的老年患者受益。

[Objective]To study the clinical effect of Jinhuang Powder on heel pressure sores of elderly patients at stage 1 and 2 and its effect on the quality of life. [Methods]Fifty elderly patients with heel pressure sores at stage 1 and 2 treated in our hospital from June 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine treatment,while those in the observation group were treated with Jinhuang Powder on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,TCM symptom score and quality of life of the two groups were compared. [Results]The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(24/25),which was higher than that of the control group(76.00%)(19/25). There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms including sclerosis,pain,blisters and numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05). The scores of quality of life including psychological emotion,physiological function,daily activities and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0. 05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.00%( 4/25) in the observation group and 12. 00%(3/25) in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P> 0.05). [Conclusion]The external application of Jinhuang Powder has the functions of breaking blood stasis and promoting Qi,relieving pain,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,purging fire and detoxifying,eliminating swelling and abscess and removing saprophytic muscles. Therefore,it has a very significant clinical effect on pressure sores of heel in elderly patients at stage1 and 2 and can improve the symptoms and condition of patients and reduce the adverse reactions,making the treatment more effective. It can control the development of the disease and improve the quality of life.Therefore,Jinhuang Powder external application therapy is worthy of popularizing and applying in the clinical treatment of heel pressure sore of elderly patients at stage 1 and 2,benefiting more elderly patients.
