推拿联合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Tuina combined with Moxibustion in Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

[目的]探讨推拿联合艾灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的效果。[方法]选取90例LDH患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。对照组推拿治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用艾灸治疗,两组均治疗1个月。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)、日本骨科协会(JOA)评分、临床疗效。[结果]治疗前两组VAS、JOA评分无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组VAS、JOA评分均有显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率97. 78%高于对照组84. 44%(P<0.05)。[结论]推拿联合艾灸治疗LDH可减轻患者的疼痛并改善腰部功能,疗效优于单独推拿治疗。

[Objective]To explore the effect of Tuina combined with moxibustion on lumbar disc herniation( LDH). [Method] Ninety patients with LDH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 cases in each. The control group received Tuina treatment,while the treatment group received moxibustion treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for one month. The visual analogue scale( VAS) and Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA) score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. [Results]There was no significant difference in VAS or JOA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment,VAS and JOA scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group( P<0.01). The total effective rate was 97. 78% in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 84. 44% in the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion] Tuina combined with moxibustion in the treatment of LDH can relieve pain and improve waist function,and the curative effect is better than that of Tuina alone.
