摘要
针对现有铝精炼炉扒渣过程所存在的问题,研发了一种基于图像识别技术的智能全自动扒渣机,可实现铝精炼炉的自动扒渣和精炼喷粉等工艺过程,解决了现在铝精炼生产过程中的人工扒渣和半机械化扒渣车扒渣工艺所普遍存在的弊端,提高了产品质量,降低了生产成本,其设备的先进性和有效性已得到生产实践证明。
Aiming at the problems existing in the existing aluminum refining furnace slagging-off process,an intelligent automatic slagging-off machine based on image recognition technology was developed,which can realize the process of automatic slagging-off and refining dusting of aluminum refining furnace,and solved the present problem.The common drawbacks of the artificial slagging-off and semi-mechanized slagging-off process in the aluminum refining process have been solved,the product quality have been improved and production costs have been reduced.The advanced and effective equipment has been proven in production practice.
