本文通过对HP高效破碎机使用的工况条件、环境条件、结构特点进行分析。研究出适合破碎机的装配方法,采用液氮进行冷却的冷装配方法,并设计专用的检测工具确保装配结果与设计要求一致,经过验证装配、检测都能达到设计要求。

This paper analyzes the working conditions,environmental conditions and structural characteristics of HP highefficiency crushers.The assembly method suitable for the crusher,the cold assembly method using liquid nitrogen cooling,and the design of special inspection tools are ensured to ensure the assembly results are consistent with the design requirements.The assembled assembly and inspection can meet the design requirements.
