摘要
针对6N01合金使用时面临的挑战,通过金相观察、力学检测和断口扫描的方式,研究了淬火冷却速率对6N01合金性能的影响,发现:淬火冷却速率对6N01型材的性能影响明显,是造成合金随季节变化的原因之一;水冷型材具有最好的综合力学性能,空冷次之,炉冷最差。
In the face of 6N01 alloy using challenge through metallographic observation,mechanical test and SEM method,studied the effect of cooling rate on the properties of 6N01 alloy.It is found that quenching cooling rate has a significant effect on the properties of 6N01 profiles,which is one of the reasons for the seasonal variation of alloys.The water-cooled profiles have the best comprehensive mechanical properties,followed by air cooling and furnace cooling is the worst.
