钛合金用两辊轧机孔型设计

摘要 对现有适用于中低强度钛合金管材轧制的轧辊孔型参数进行优化,获得了管材轧制匹配的孔型参数。结合道次工艺条件,在合理分配孔型四个工作段长度的基础上,增大压下段前期压下量,减小压下段后期压下量,避免压下段后期过大的压下量影响管材质量,同时根据轧制过程中管材尺寸变化优化孔型直径、宽度和开口宽度等数据,设计出适合钛合金管材轧制的孔型曲线。 The pass parameters of roll which are suitable for the rolling of low and medium strength titanium alloy pipe are optimized,and the pass parameters of pipe rolling matching are obtained.Combined with the pass process conditions,on the basis of reasonable distribution of the length of the four working sections of the pass,increase the reduction in the early stage of the reduction section,reduce the reduction in the later stage of the reduction section,avoid the excessive reduction in the later stage of the reduction section affecting the pipe quality,and optimize the pass diameter,width,opening width and other data according to the change of the pipe size in the rolling process,design the suitable rolling of titanium alloy pipe Pass curve.
