怡盛元矿48号井盲竖井需要延伸,盲竖井上部中段在竖井延深的同时还需要继续生产,原竖井下掘到现在标高没有给继续延伸竖井留下足够的施工条件,因此需要制定特殊的竖井延伸方案来解决此问题。使得上部中段生产和下部掘进工程之间取得最大利益的平衡,更加重要的是在竖井延伸过程中避免发生重大安全事故。
