摘要
合同管理是建设工程实施过程中的一项重要内容,因为合同变更引起的索赔事件在所难免。本文以矿山地下开拓工程为背景,在分析该类工程合同变更引起的索赔的特点基础上,提出了应对措施,可以为同类项目提供借鉴。
Contract management is an important content in the process of construction project implementation,because the claim event caused by contract change is inevitable.Based on the background of mine underground development project and the analysis of the characteristics of claims caused by contract change of this kind of project,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,which can be used for reference for similar projects.
