斜刃剪剪切质量分析及对策

Shearing Quality Analysis and Solutions of Inclined Blade Shear

中板厂精整车间有两条剪切线,7台剪刀机,其中6台为斜刃式剪刀机,其作用是剪切金属板的头尾部及边部。切头剪、切尾剪、2#剪和4#剪为斜刃横剪,作用为剪切金属板的头尾,1#剪和3#剪采用左右纵剪布置。虽然各斜刃剪的作用不一致,但是剪切原理是一样的,金属板产生的部分缺陷也一致,因此可采取同样的方式进行解决。本文针对中板厂斜刃式剪刀机的工艺布局及剪切缺陷进行了介绍,着重介绍了斜刃式剪刀机的剪切质量及其解决剪切质量问题的对策。

There are two shear lines and seven scissors machines in the finishing workshop of zhongban factory,among which six are inclined blade scissors machines,whose function is to cut the head,tail and edge of metal plate.Cutting head shear,cutting tail shear,#2 shear and#4 shear are inclined edge transverse shear,which is used for cutting the head and tail of metal plate.#1 shear and#3 shear are arranged with left and right longitudinal shear.Although the function of each bevel blade shear is not consistent,but the shear principle is the same,the metal plate produced part of the defect is also consistent,so can adopt the same way to solve.In this paper,the process layout and shear defects of the bevel blade shears machine in zhongban factory are introduced,and the shear quality of the bevel blade shears machine and the countermeasures to solve the shear quality problem are emphatically introduced.
