摘要 据相关数据表明,自建国发展工业生产以来,我国一直加大对工业生产的需求。从1952年的120亿开始发展,到目前位置已发展了七十年,且截止2018年我国在工业产值已突破三十万亿,这表明我国工业经济一直呈现上升趋势。而开采油田技术,无论是从战略还是经济发展都是至关重要的,因此对于尤其对油田的开采工作也是格外重视的。而油田本身就含有一定水分,水分在油中存在必定会影响开采油的质量及使用效率,因此就需要使用水力旋流器来进行有效的油水分离及净化操作。且时至今日,我国已在多个工业领域使用水力旋流技术,比如脱泥磨矿等用途,并且在水力旋流器在工作实际生产中的调节与应用上坚持创新,来不断满足我国工业企业发展的生产需求。 According to relevant data,since the founding of the people's Republic of China to develop industrial production,China has been increasing the demand for industrial production.It has been 70 years since 1952 when it was 12 billion yuan.By 2018,China's industrial output value has exceeded 30 trillion yuan,which indicates that China's industrial economy has been on the rise.The technology of oil field exploitation,no matter from strategy or economic development,is very important,so the exploitation of oil field is paid more attention.The oil field itself contains a certain amount of water,and the existence of water in the oil will certainly affect the quality and efficiency of oil production,so it is necessary to use hydrocyclone to carry out effective oil-water separation and purification operation.Up to now,Hydrocyclone technology has been used in many industrial fields in China,such as desliming and grinding,and innovation has been persisted in the adjustment and application of hydrocyclone in practical production to meet the production demand of industrial enterprises in China.
