摘要
本文针对机械加工工艺技术中的误差及改进对策进行研究,旨在提高机械加工质量,将误差控制在允许范围内。误差是零件加工主要控制指标,以箱体类部件为例,在实际加工中制造精度会受到多种因素影响,需要操作人员从实际情况出发,提出针对性解决对策,提高机械加工精确度,从而保障零部件加工质量。
In this paper,the error in the machining technology and the improvement measures are studied to improve the machining quality and control the error within the allowable range.Error is the main control index of parts processing.Taking the box type parts as an example,the manufacturing accuracy will be affected by many factors in the actual processing.The operator needs to put forward targeted solutions from the actual situation,improve the machining accuracy,so as to ensure the processing quality of parts.
