江浙沪毗邻区一体化发展的定位与策略研究

Research on orientation and strategy of integrated development of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai adjacent areas

加快区域交流合作,推进长三角一体化发展,是国家战略的要求,也是提升区域核心竞争力、实现高质量发展的使命所在。近年来,江浙沪毗邻区在设施互联、产业协作、环境保护等方面取得显著成效,有利于进一步打造新时代全面深化改革开放的示范区。同时,在高起点上强化协同、完善机制,还需要克服缺少利益共享补偿机制、公共服务协同缓慢等困难和挑战,有必要对以往研究和规划成果展开全面的系统梳理和集成分析,通过一体化示范区积累经验、探索道路。

To accelerate regional exchanges and cooperation and promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River delta is the requirement of the national strategy,as well as the mission of enhancing regional core competitiveness and achieving highquality development.In recent years,the adjacent areas of Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai have made remarkable achievements in facility interconnection,industrial cooperation and environmental protection,which is conducive to further building a demonstration zone for comprehensively deepening reform and opening up in the new era.At the same time,to strengthen the coordination and improve the mechanism from a high starting point,it is need to overcome the difficulties and challenges such as lack of benefit sharing compensation mechanism and slow coordination of public services.It is necessary to carry out a comprehensive systematic review and integration analysis of the previous research and planning results,so as to accumulate experience and explore the road through the integration demonstration zone.
