九江市申报国家历史文化名城现实条件与技术路径研究

Study on the Realistic Conditions and Technological Path of Jiujiang City’s declaration of National Historical and Cultural Cities

九江是一座具有2200年悠久历史的古城,文化底蕴深厚,保存文物丰富,申报国家历史文化名城意义重大,也势在必行。对照国家历史文化名城申报标准逐一剖析,认为凭借独特的地理区位条件、丰富的历史文化遗存和多元的地域文化特质,九江市已具备申报国家历史文化名城的基本条件。从价值评价、名城特色提炼、保护体系构建、协调名城保护与城市建设关系以及创新管理体制五个方面,对申报路径提出了建设性意见。

jiujiang is an ancient city with a long history of 2200 years,with profound cultural deposits and rich cultural relics.It is of great significance and imperative to declare as a national historical and cultural city.According to the declaration standards of national famous historical and cultural cities,it is concluded that jiujiang city has the basic conditions for the declaration of national famous historical and cultural cities by virtue of its unique geographical location conditions,rich historical heritages and polyphyletic regional cultural characteristics.It also puts constructive suggestions on the application path from five aspects:value evaluation,refinement of famous city characteristics,construction of protection system,coordination of relationship between city protection and urban construction,and innovation management system.
