摘要
高校二级团委与广大团员青年保持着最直接最广泛的联系,在团结教育引导青年方面起着核心作用。针对二级团委基层团建工作存在的问题,提出改进团建工作的建议。
The Second-level college Youth League committee maintains the most direct and extensive connection with the youth of the League members, and plays a central role in unifying, educating and guiding the youth. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the League construction work.
