为发挥"领头雁"和"排头兵"的引领作用,韶关学院动物科学系教师党支部通过实施"3协同+4提升"教育教学策略,共建"3协同"育人机制,创新人才培养模式;持续增强校企合作,逐步达成"4提升"愿景。该策略的实施,将基层党建工作、政治功能与服务社会经济建设高度融合,取得了明显的成效。

In order to exert the leading role of "leading goose" and "pioneer", the Party branch of the Department of Animal Science of Shaoguan University has implemented the education and taching strategy of "3 Synergy+ 4 Promotion". To jointly build the "3 Synergy" education mechanism and innovate the talent training mode, we will continue to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, and gradually achieve the vision of "4 Promotion".
