摘要
政治与公共事务管理学院行政管理专业"三型"人才培养在培养目标、课程体系设置、综合能力培养和培养载体等多个方面进行了大量探索,取得了明显成效。但是,该专业在分类培养载体、学分修读空间、师资结构等方面也存在诸多问题。为此,从构建人才分类培养的有效载体、赋予学生修读学分弹性空间、切实强化和优化师资队伍等三个方面提出了一些有针对性的建议。
Our institute has carried out a lot of explorations in the training of"three types"of administrative management majors,and achieved remarkable results in many aspects such as training objectives,curriculum system setting,comprehensive ability training and training of carriers.However,the profession also faces many practical problems in the classification of training carriers,credits study space,and teacher structure.To this end,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions from three aspects:constructing an effective carrier for the classified training of talents,giving students flexible space of credit,and effectively strengthening and optimizing the faculty.
