摘要
在"管理基础与实务"教学与学生通用管理能力培养研究和实践基础上,构建基于行动导向的高职学生通用管理能力培养体系:体系分为管理基础认知-自我管理能力-任务完成能力-团队协作能力-基层主管能力等循序渐进、阶梯上升的五个模块,每个模块对应五个管理能力;该体系与中国传统管理文化深度融合、与管理职能深度融合。
On the basis of the research and practice on the teaching of "management foundation and practice" and the cultivation of students’ general management ability, this paper constructs a general management ability training system for higher vocational students based on action orientation: The system is divided into five modules as basic management cognition, self-management ability, task completion ability, team cooperation ability.Each module corresponds to five management abilities;The system is deeply integrated with Chinese traditional management culture and management functions.
