崇明区北部崇海通道功能定位与方案研究

Functional and Scheme Study of Chonghai Passageway in the North of Chongming District

随着长三角一体化纳人国家发展战略,崇明区位处于上海北部边际发挥着重要的联系作用。解读长三角一体化战略背景下,崇明区所将面临的机遇与挑战,扩大视角研究崇北地区路网形态,解析崇北地区对接外省的可能性与必要性,对崇北地区崇海通道与陈高枢纽的工程方案进行预研分析。研究表明:北部崇海通道既是崇明本岛重要的东西向干道,也是上海主城以外对接江苏的主要廊道,无论对长三角层面还是崇明自身发展层面均有着重要的意义;工程方案上受制于生态环境的约束,建议北部崇海通道按照公路形式自由选线定线.

With the integration of the Yangtze River Delta included in the national development strategy,the Chongming District plays an important role in the northern margin of Shanghai.Under the background of the Yangtze River Delta integration strategy,this paper analyses the opportunities and challenges that Chongming District will face,expands the perspective of the road network in the Chongbei area,and analyzes the possibility and necessity of the Chongbei area to connect with other provinces.The engineering scheme of Chengao Hub was analyzed.The research shows that the Chonghai Passageway in the north is not only an important east-west main road of Chongming Island,but also the main corridor connecting Jiangsu outside the main city of Shanghai.It has important significance for both the Yangtze River Delta and Chong-ming's own development;the project is subject to ecology and environmental constraints,it is recommended that the North Chonghai Passageway be freely routed according to the form of highway.
