为提升公路基础设施利用效率,有效缩短车辆行程时间,避免限速区段提速不合理造成的安全问题,对道路限速值设置的合理性以及限速值提升的可能性进行论证。通过结合我国多个提速项目等实际工程案例进行分析,提出了道路限速调整所需要进行的准备工作、论证方法及设置原则。为道路限速调整提供了完整的标准化论证流程,在整体上提高了公路运营的经济效益,对提升道路交通安全水平具有积极意义。

In order to improve the efficiency of road infrastructure,effectively shorten the travel time of vehicles,and avoid the safety problems caused by the unreasonable speed raising in the speed limit section,the rationality of setting the speed limit value and the possibility of increasing the speed limit value are demonstrated.Based on the analysis of practical engineering cases,such as Taizhou inner ring expressway speed raising project,Suzhou Resort Taihu Lake expressway,Xishan ring island expressway speed raising project and Xinchang-Baihe section speed raising project of Shangsan expressway,the preparation work,argumentation method and setting principle of road speed limit adjustment are put forward.A complete standardized demonstration process for the adjustment of road speed limit is provided,which improves the economic benefit of expressway operation on the whole,and has positive significance for the improvement of road traffic safety level.
