摘要
随着社会各方面的科技水平逐渐提高,矿山领域中的各项技术也得到了相应的发展。人们对于矿产资源的需求不断提高,使得传统的电气设备控制方法很难满足当下需求。针对这一问题,结合PLC技术,对矿山开采电气自动化控制技术进行研究,通过电气设备控制参数获取、PLC控制当量计算,实现对电气设备的自动化运行控制及远程控制。通过对比实验验证该方法能够有效提高电气设备的运行效率,更适用于实际的矿山开采工作。
With the development of science and technology in all aspects of society,various technologies in the field of mines have been developed accordingly.The increasing demand for mineral resources makes the traditional control methods of electrical equipment difficult to meet the current needs.In view of this problem,combined with PLC technology,the electrical automation control technology of mining is studied.Through the acquisition of control parameters of electrical equipment and PLC control equivalent calculation,the automatic operation control and remote control of electrical equipment are realized.Through the contrast experiment,it is proved that this method can effectively improve the operation efficiency of electrical equipment,and is more suitable for the actual mining work.
