摘要
齿轮传动系统是工业回转窑的核心动力装置,对于熟料的正常生产起到决定性作用。因此,工业回转窑齿轮传动系统故障处理效率低是熟料生产大修工作的难点。针对这一问题,进行工业回转窑齿轮传动故障处理方法研究。首先,进行工业回转窑齿轮传动故障处理方法设计。通过提取工业回转窑齿轮传动故障特征,再利用齿轮传动最大相关峭度解卷积算法,完成工业回转窑齿轮传动故障处理。最后通过仿真实验证明本文设计的工业回转窑齿轮传动故障处理方法能够高效完成对回转窑齿轮传动故障处理。
Gear transmission system is the core power device of industrial rotary kiln,which plays a decisive role in the normal production of clinker.Therefore,the low efficiency of gear transmission system fault treatment is the difficulty of clinker production overhaul.In view of this problem,the method of gear transmission fault treatment of industrial rotary kiln is studied.First of all,the design of gear transmission fault treatment method for industrial rotary kiln is carried out.By extracting the fault features of gear transmission of industrial rotary kiln,and then using the maximum correlation kurtosis uncoiling method,the fault treatment of gear transmission of industrial rotary kiln is completed.Finally,the simulation experiment shows that the fault treatment method of industrial rotary kiln gear transmission designed in this paper can effectively complete the fault treatment of rotary kiln gear transmission.
