某露天矿山采场台阶坡面角施工达标率影响因素分析

摘要 露天矿采用下降速度最快的陡帮开采,实际施工过程中受地质资料收集不及时、爆破效果不佳、施工设备选取不合理、操作水平、现场技术交底不清晰、现场跟踪反馈不及时等因素的影响,造成采剥作业推进困难、压覆矿石、运输线路瘫痪等问题。如何优化台阶坡面角施工技术参数,充分分析台阶坡面角施工达标率影响因素,总结出解决措施并应用到生产实际中是确保矿山持续发展的关键。 The steepest slope mining with the fastest descent speed is adopted in the open pit.In the actual construction process,due to the influence of factors such as untimely collection of geological data,poor blasting effect,unreasonable selection of construction equipment,unclear operation level,on-site technical disclosure,and untimely on-site tracking and feedback,the mining and stripping operation is difficult to advance,ore crushing,transportation line paralysis,etc.How to optimize the construction technical parameters of the step slope angle,fully analyze the influencing factors of the qualified rate of the step slope angle construction,summarize the solutions and apply them to the production practice is the key to ensure the sustainable development of the mine.
