高炉熔渣显热干式直接回收工艺分析

摘要 高炉熔渣显热有效回收利用,是钢铁行业至今未攻克的世界性难题。为解决这一难题,设计了一套高炉熔渣显热二步法干式直接回收工艺。一种利用高炉熔渣作为热源,直接将水加热产生高品质蒸汽同时使高炉熔渣冷却固化成渣板的特种熔浆余热回收装置。使从特种熔浆余热锅炉排出的高温熔渣,回收其显热的干式余热直接回收系统。本文阐述了当前高炉熔渣冷却回收的方式及现状,对高炉熔渣显热干式直接回收做了系统的规划和设计,就其关键点进行了分析。 The effective recovery and utilization of sensible heat from blast furnace slag is a worldwide problem that has not been solved in the iron and steel industry.In order to solve this problem,a two-step dry direct recovery process of blast furnace slag is designed.The utility model relates to a special residual heat recovery device which uses the blast furnace slag as a heat source,directly heats the water to produce high-quality steam and makes the blast furnace slag cool and solidify into a slag plate.The high-temperature slag discharged from the special slurry waste heat boiler can be directly recovered by the dry waste heat recovery system with sensible heat.In this paper,the way and current situation of slag cooling and recovery are described.The system planning and design of sensible heat dry direct recovery of blast furnace slag are made,and the key points are analyzed.
