干熄焦专用提升机的优化改造方案研究

通过对干熄焦提升机坠罐故障的分析,提出对提升机机械部分增加安全抱闸,电气系统优化改进方案,实现整套干熄焦系统高效、安全稳定运行。

Through the analysis of coke tank falling accident of the CDQ hoister,the paper puts forward the scheme of adding safety brake to the mechanical part of the hoister and optimizing and improving the electrical system,so as to realize the efficient,safe and stable operation of the whole CDQ system.
