摘要
文章先分析了金相检测,随后分别介绍电锅炉内部20G、P91、12Cr1MoV以及15CrMo等常用金属材料的正常显微组织、力学性能和化学成分,随后分析其运行中所能产生的老化特点,包括析出碳化物、珠光体石漠化和球化,希望能给相关人士提供有效参考。
This paper first analyzes the metallographic examination,and then introduces the normal microstructure,mechanical properties and chemical composition of common metal materials such as 20G,P91,12Cr1MoV and 15CrMo inside the electric boiler,and then analyzes the aging characteristics that can be generated in the operation.,including precipitation of carbides,pearlite rock desertification and spheroidization,hoping to provide effective reference for relevant people.
