摘要 石墨烯是由碳原子sp^2杂化形成的二维蜂窝状纳米级碳材料,被公认为有望取代硅的新型半导体革命性材料,已是当今热点研究的对象之一。在实际生产中,石墨烯通常被制备为导电油墨之后再进行相关的生产制备。本文将综合评述当前常用的石墨烯导电油墨的制备方法,同时也评析了其应用领域和未来发展前景。 Graphene is a kind of two-dimensional honeycomb carbon nano material formed by the hybridization of carbon atom SP2.It is recognized as a new semiconductor revolutionary material which is expected to replace silicon,and has become one of the hot research objects.In the actual production,graphene is usually prepared as conductive ink before the relevant production.In this paper,the preparation methods of graphene conductive ink are reviewed,and its application and future development are also discussed.
