低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术联合鼻内镜下低温等离子腺样体消融术治疗小儿鼾症的效果观察 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨低温等离子消融术治疗小儿鼾症的临床价值.方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月在河南省儿童医院治疗的178例鼾症患儿,根据手术方案将其分为两组,每组89例.对照组采取扁桃体摘除+鼻内镜下腺样体刮除治疗,观察组采取低温等离子扁桃体消融切除术+鼻内镜下腺样体消融术治疗.比较两组患儿的治疗效果.结果观察组总有效率为95.51%(85/89),对照组为80.90%(72/89),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量、疼痛评分均低于对照组(P均<0.05);观察组治疗后OSA-18生活质量评分、呼吸暂停-低通气指数低于对照组(P<0.05).结论低温等离子消融术治疗小儿鼾症可更好地改善患儿的临床症状、通气及呼吸状况,并提高其生活质量. Objective To investigate the clinical value of low temperature plasma ablation in the treatment of children with snoring.Methods A total of 178 children with snoring who were treated in Henan Children's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.And they were divided into two groups according to the operation plans,with 89 children in each group.Children in the control group were treated by tonsillectomy and endoscopic adenoid scraping,while children in the observation group were treated by low temperature plasma tonsillectomy and endoscopic adenoid ablation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.51%(85/89)in the observation group,and 80.90%(72/89)in the control group,moreover,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and pain score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The OSA-18 quality of life score and apnea-hypopnea index after treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Low temperature plasma ablation for children with snoring can improve the clinical symptoms,ventilation and respiratoiy status of children,and improve the quality of life of children.
