缺血型烟雾病患者血清尿酸和血管源性生长因子水平的变化及其与病情严重程度的相关性 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨缺血型烟雾病患者血清尿酸(UA)、血管源型生长因子(VEGF)水平与其病情严重程度的相关性.方法选取2017年1月至2019年4月郑州中心医院收治的90例缺血型烟雾病患者作为研究组,另选取同期进行体检的90例健康人作为对照组.研究组、对照组均行血清尿酸(UA)、血管源型生长因子(VEGF)检测,并分析缺血型烟雾病患者临床分期(Suzuki分期)与上述指标的相关型.结果研究组血清VEGF、UA水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);在研究组患者中,Suzuki分级越高(病情越重)则VEGF、UA水平也越高(P<0.05).结论血清UA、VEGF水平与缺血型烟雾病患者病情程度呈显著相关型,临床医生接诊疑似缺血型烟雾病患者后应积极予以各项检查,综合判断病情并制定治疗方案,有利于患者获得理想的疗效及预后. Objective To investigate the relationship of serum uric acid(UA)and vascular growth factor(VEGF)to disease severity of patients with ischemic moyamoya disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with ischemic moyamoya disease hospitalized in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from January 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the study group.Ninety healthy people who underwent physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group.The UA and VEGF levels of the study group and control group were measured.And the correlation between the clinical stage(Suzuki stage)of ischemic moyamoya disease and the above indexes was analyzed.Results The levels of VEGF,UA in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,the Suzuki grade(the severity of disease)increase with the increases in level of VEGF and UA(P<0.05).Conclusions There is a significant correlation between the level of serum UA,VEGF and the severity of ischemic moyamoya disease.The clinicians should perform comprehensive examinations to judge the state of the disease,and formulate the treatment plan for patients suspected with ischemic moyamoya disease.It is beneficial to the patients to obtain the ideal curative effects and prognosis.
