改良真皮内缝合法用于整形美容外科的效果分析

目的分析改良真皮内缝合法在整形外科中的应用效果.方法抽取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年1月至2019年1月诊治的60例整形外科治疗患者为回顾分析对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.对照组患者采用常规真皮缝合法缝合,观察组患者采用改良真皮内缝合法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗满意度、切口愈合效果以及缝合效果.结果观察组患者对治疗效果的总体满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(86.67%),P<0.05;观察组缝合总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%),P<0.05;观察组患者切口甲级愈合、乙级愈合和丙级愈合率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论整形美容外科手术缝合中采用改良真皮内缝合法,有助于提高缝合效果和患者满意度,促进术后切口愈合.

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified intradermal suture in the treatment of plastic surgery patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 60 patients with plastic surgely treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to January 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group by number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were sutured by conventional dermal suture and the patients in the observation group were treated by modified intradermal suture.The treatment satisfaction,wound healing effect and suture effect of the two groups were compared.Results The、overall satisfaction rate of the patirnts in the observation group was 100.00%,which was higher than that in the obsen^ation group(86.67%),P<0.05.The total effective rate of suture in the obsen ation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(83.33%),P<0.05.The rate of incision A,B and C in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified intradermal suture is helpful to improve the effect of suture and the satisfaction of patients,and to promote the healing of incision after uperation.
