动态脑电图与常规脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值比较

Comparison of diagnostic value of ambulatory electroencephalogram and routine electroencephalogram for viral encephalitis

目的比较分析动态脑电图与常规脑电图对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值.方法选取威海市中心医院2016年10月至2018年9月收治的84例病毒性脑炎患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行常规脑电图检查及动态脑电图检查,对比常规脑电图检查与动态脑电图检查的脑电图异常检出率及不同程度病情脑电图异常的检出率.结果病毒性脑炎患者的动态脑电图异常检出率(97.62%)高于常规脑电图检查异常检出率(58.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);动态脑电图检查对轻度异常、中度异常及重度异常病毒性脑炎患者的异常检出率分别为94.12%、100.00%、100.00%,高于常规脑电图检查的50.00%、57.14%、72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论动态脑电图与常规脑电图均可用于病毒性脑炎患者的病情诊断,但与常规脑电图相比,动态脑电图异常检出率高.对于不同病情程度的病毒性脑炎患者,动态脑电图的诊断价值均高于常规脑电图.

Objective To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of ambulatoiy electroencephidogram(AEEG)and routine electroencephalogram(EEG)for viral encephalitis.Methods Eighty-four patients with viral encephalitis admitted to Weihai Central Hospital from October 2016 to September 2018 were selected as research subjects.All patients underwent routine EEG examination and AEEG examination.The obnormal detection rates of AEEG and routine EEG,and the detection rate of different degrees of abnormalities by AEEG and EEG were compared.Results The abnormal detection rate of AEEG in patients with viral encephalitis(97.62%)was higher than that of routine EEG(58.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The abnormal detection rates of AEEG for mild,moderate and severe abnormal viral encephalitis were 94.12%,100.00%and 100.00%respectively,which were higher than those of routine EEG examination(50.00%,57.14%,72.73%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Both AEEG and routine EEG can be used to diagnose viral encephalitis,but the abnormal detection rate of AEEG is higher than that of routine EEG.For patients with viral encephalitis of different severities,the diagnostic value of AEEG is higher than that of routine EEG.
