埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗胃食管反流病的效果分析

Therapeutic effects of esomeprazole and hydrazine on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的研究埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果.方法选择2018年9月至2019年3月巴彦淖尔市医院收治的胃食管反流病患者100例,采取随机均分的方式将其分为对照组50例,观察组50例.对照组使用埃索美拉唑治疗,观察组采用埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗.比较两组患者治疗后1、2个月临床症状的改善情况及治疗效果.结果治疗后1、2个月,观察组总有效率(80.00%,98.00%)均高于对照组(74.00%,84.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者的胃镜检查结果均呈现改善趋势.治疗后1、2个月,观察组0级、1级患者占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后1个月,观察组2级、3级与4级患者占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论埃索美拉唑联合黛力新治疗胃食管反流病有更显著的疗效,能够改善患者的临床症状.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of esomeprazole combined with deanxit on gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in Bayannur Hospital from September 2018 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)randomly and evenly.Patients in the control group(50 cases)were treated with esomeprazole.Pantients in the observation group were treated with esomeprazole combined with deanxit.The clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared one and two months after treatment.Moreover,the therapeutic effects detected by gastroscope were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(80.00%,98.00%)was higher than that of the control group(74.00%,84.00%)one month and two months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastroscope results of the two groups showed a trend of improvement.One month and two months after treatment the ratios of patients in grade 0 to 1 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,(P<0.05);while ratios patients in grade 2 to 4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,one month after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Esomeprazole combined with deanxit is more effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.The protocol can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
