摘要
福建三钢原有工艺生产出的20CrMnTiH齿轮钢轧材成品夹杂物合格率只有93.8%。后来通过采取大包留钢操作、中间包使用高镁干式料以及降低VD炉处理过程铝、钛损等措施的实施,该产品成品合格率提高到97.9%。
The qualified rate of inclusion in the finished product of 20CrMnTiH gear steel produced by the original process of is only 93.8%.And then be increased to 97.9%through the implementation of measures such as the operation of large ladle steel retention,the use of high-magnesium dry type materials in intermediate ladle and the reduction of aluminum and titanium loss in the VD furnace treatment process.
