基于灰色关联分析的通用机场安全风险影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of General Airport Safety Risk Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

为了提高我国通用机场的安全管理水平,本文首先收集整理了国内2010~2018年348起通用机场事故/事件,结合我国目前通用机场的运行模式和管理体制,统计分析了影响通用机场的5个一级风险指标和15个二级风险指标,建立了通用机场风险指标体系。然后运用灰色关联分析方法对各级指标进行关联顺序分析,最终得出了典型通用机场安全风险的关键影响因素,根据关键风险因素进行针对性的管控,对通用机场监管及安全运行提供一定的借鉴。

In order to improve the safety management level of China’s general airport, this paper collects 348 general airport accidents/incidents from 2010 to 2018. Combined with the current operation mode and management system of general airports in China, 5 first-level risk indicators and 15 second-level risk indicators affecting general airports are analyzed. Finally, the general airport risk index system is established. Then, the grey correlation analysis method is used to analyze the correlation sequence of indicators at all levels, and finally the key influencing factors of typical general airport security risk are obtained. Targeted control is conducted according to the key risk factors, which can provide some reference for general airport supervision and safe operation.
