我国通用航空人才需求现状及人才培养路径研究

人才是通用航空发展的关键要素。近年来,随着我国通用航空的快速发展,通航人才缺口日益增大,但是目前国内关于通航人才培养的办学水平良莠不齐,规模、质量、数量也有限,国内高等学校本科专业目录也没有通用航空的专业,通航的人才培养主要是专科层面以及社会培训。基于此,本文在分析我国通航人才培养现状与问题的基础上,明确通用航空人才培养的重点和目标,并提出建立独立通用航空人才标准,强化通航高层次人才培养能力建设,创新通航人才培养模式等对策和建议。

Talent is the key element of the development of general aviation. In recent years, with the rapid development of general aviation in China, the gap of general aviation talents is increasing day by day. However, at present, the level of running schools on the training of general aviation talents in China is intermingled, and the scale, quality and quantity are also limited. There is no general aviation specialty in the catalogue of undergraduate majors in domestic colleges, and the training of general aviation talents is mainly at the specialist level and social training. Based on this, on the basis of analyzing the present situation and problems of general aviation talents training in China, this paper defines the key points and objectives of General Aviation Talents Training, and puts forward some countermeasures, such as establishing independent general aviation talent standards, strengthening the construction of high-level talent training ability, and Innovating the Training Mode of General Aviation Talents.
