摘要
高铁站区是不仅是重要的交通枢纽,也是具有经济开发潜力的城市节点,是客流、物流和信息流高度集中区域,站区开发对站区本身及周边经济发展起着重要作用。本文探讨了高铁站区功能开发的宏观因素及基于步行的影响范围、基于乘客步行距离的高铁站区开发空间、高铁站区功能开发需求及功能区开发模式,并提出了几点建议。
The high-speed railway station area is not only an important transportation hub, but also a city node with economic development potential. It is a highly concentrated area of passenger flow, logistics and information flow. This paper discusses the macro factors of high-speed rail station function development and the impact range based on walking, the high-speed rail station development space based on the walking distance of passengers, the high-speed rail station function development requirements, and the functional area development model, and makes several suggestions.
