冷链物流是保障农产品流通安全的关键环节。农产品冷链物流的发展对于破解农产品"上行"之困具有重要意义,是支撑农产品流通方式转型升级的重要抓手。国家高度重视和关注农产品冷链物流发展,但当前我国农产品冷链仍处于起步阶段,设施设备有效供给不足、运输组织化程度较低、管理制度不健全等问题制约着农产品冷链物流的发展。本文在深入分析农产品冷链物流发展现状及存在的问题基础上,提出促进农产品冷链物流高质量发展的对策建议。

Cold chain logistics is the key link to ensure the circulation safety of agricultural products. Developing agricultural products cold chain logistics has important sense to solve the upward problems and support the transformation of agricultural products circulation mode. Our country attaches great importance to agricultural products cold chain logistics, but it is still in the wearly stage. Insufficient effective supply of the infrastructure and equipment, low degree of transport organizing, imperfect management system and other problems make the constraint on the development of agricultural products cold chain logistics. The article first analyses the current situation and problems of agricultural products cold chain logistics, and puts forward the measures and suggestions about its high-quality development.
