2014年～2017年杭州市可持续发展评价——基于GB/T 36749-2018的分析

Evaluation of the Sustainable Development Level in Hangzhou——Base on the Analysis of GB/T 36749-2018

本文简要介绍了GB/T 36749-2018的基本情况和内容,从经济、教育、环境、通讯、交通等5个方面回顾了杭州市2014年可持续发展的基本情况。本文用GB/T 36749-2018从经济、教育、环境、通讯、交通等5个方面纵向评价2014~2017年杭州市可持续发展进展情况。评价结果显示2014年至2017年杭州市在5个方面稳步推进,成效显著。最后,本文借鉴其他城市相关经验提出了进一步提高杭州可持续发展的建议。

This paper introduces the content of GB/T 36749-2018 briefly,and reviews Hangzhou sustainable development in the aspects of economy,education,environment,telecommunications and transportation.Then,this paper uses GB/T 36749-2018 to analyze Hangzhou sustainable development in terms of economy,education,environment,telecommunications and transportation from 2014 to 2017.The results show that Hangzhou made steady progress in five aspects with remarkable results.Finally,this paper puts forward several suggestions for improving the sustainable development in Hangzhou.
