摘要
介绍了康复辅具和功勋辅具的相关概念,在现状分析的基础上,提出了建立国家伤残军人功勋辅具福利服务体系的相关建议。
This paper introduces the concepts of rehabilitation technical aids and assistive aids for meritorious service.Based on the analysis of the current situation,it puts forward some suggestions on the establishment of welfare service system for meritorious service assistive aids for disabled soldiers.
