新发展理念下机关事务标准化推进路径探析

Research on the Implementation Approach of Government Affairs Standardization in New Development Concept

标准化建设,是促进集中统一管理、保障党政机关规范高效运行、推动新时代机关事务工作高质量发展的重要支撑。本文应用创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的新发展理念的丰富内涵,结合分析机关事务标准化推进过程中存在的一系列问题,从理清新发展理念与机关事务标准化之间的内在关系入手,对应提出推进机关事务标准化的有效路径,以期对进一步推动机关事务管理法治化、标准化、规范化有所裨益。

Standardization work promotes centralized and unified management, and ensures standard and efficient operation of party and government affairs, facilitating the high-quality development of government affairs in the new era. This paper applies the rich connotation of the new development concept of innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing, combined with a series of problems analysis in the process of standardization and promotion of government affairs. Starting from the internal relationship between the new development concept and the standardization of government affairs, the paper proposes the effective path of standardization promotion of government affairs, with a view to further promoting the rule of law, standardization of government affairs management.
