关节镜下钙化病灶清理治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎的应用研究

Application of arthroscopic calcification lesion cleaning in the treatment of calcified supraspinatus muscle tendinitis

目的探讨关节镜下钙化病灶清理治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎的临床效果。方法回顾性分析48例钙化性冈上肌腱炎患者的临床资料,其中接受开放手术治疗的24例患者为对照组,同期接受关节镜下钙化病灶清理治疗的24例患者为观察组。比较两组患者治疗前后的肩关节外展度、前屈度、功能和疼痛程度。结果治疗后3、6、12个月两组患者肩关节外展度、前屈度、Constant-Murley评分均明显增加,VAS评分均显著下降,且观察组变化更明显(均P<0.05)。结论应用关节镜下钙化病灶清理术治疗钙化性冈上肌腱炎,能够明显改善患者的肩关节功能,且疼痛轻,具有较实际的临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of arthroscopic calcification lesion cleaning in the treatment of calcified supraspinatus muscle tendinitis.Methods Clinical data of 48 patients with calcified supraspinatus muscle tendinitis were analyzed retrospectively,including 24 patients undergoing open surgery as control group,and 24 patients undergoing arthroscopic calcification lesion cleaning during the same period as the observation group.The abduction,flexion,function and pain degree of shoulder joint before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Three,six and twelve months after treatment,the abduction,flexion,Constant-Murley score of shoulder joint significantly increased,whereas the VAS score significantly decreased in both groups,with the changes in the observation group more obvious(all P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic calcification lesion cleaning can prominently improve the shoulder joint function of patients with calcified supraspinatus muscle tendinitis,with less pain,implying its practical clinical significance.
